About the Cleanout King
My name is David Landsman. I am the creator of the “Clean Out King” service and of this website. I am a fourth generation junk man, as I call myself. My father and grandfather and great grandfather were in the clean-out business in Baltimore, Maryland. They did estate clean-outs, commercial clean-outs, and had a used furniture and antique store. While growing up working in the shop and helping with the clean-outs, I learned the in’s and out’s of the business.
Over the years, I’ve also tried very hard to learn to do business with a fresh approach when it comes to customer service. I pride myself on going that extra mile to make sure I always put the needs of my customers first.
In addition to top notch customer service, I’ve spent the past 10 years buying and selling everything from antiques, to household merchandise, appliances, and so much more.
In this day and age you need to have your finger on the latest available options when it comes to selling merchandise. I’ve become an expert. utilizing, eBay, Craigslist, and other internet sites to expand my potential customer base.
So, whether you need junk hauled away, expert advice, or even if you want us to make you and offer to buy your merchandise, my promise is to always be fair, honest and reliable. I always do my best to give my customers a reason to call me back – and recommend me to their friends!
