We, my niece from Oregon and I from South Dakota, were faced with the liquidation of a relative’s estate, including a house that had been somewhat neglected plus vacant for six months. It was a daunting task as we had a limited time to be in the St. Pete area to get the house ready to sell. We were turned down by the first “liquidator” that came to look at the job, they were arrogant and rude, saying, “All this stuff is just junk”. We called Dave, The Cleanout King, and he graciously agreed to help us out. Luckily the day before we were scheduled to fly back home, Dave and his crew were able to clean out the house while we finished up other matters. A few hours later we got back just as the crew finished and all we could say was “Wow”! We needed everything gone, including trash, outdoor dead potted plants, every closet, drawer, nook and cranny, even a garage full of stuff – GONE – and swept clean. Dave even agreed to sell the car for us. Problems solved! We were totally satisfied with Dave’s efficient and professional service. Would we recommend The Cleanout King? Absolutely!! You won’t find anyone more experienced or more professional than Dave.
