Cleaning out a major collection of years worth of stuff is difficult, but doing so on short notice and from a distance can be overwhelming. Found David Landsman, The Cleanout King online and met with him the next day. He and his assistant Heather were honest and helpful about what they saw, the timetable to work with, and the condition the home was to be left in. Always easy to contact, had answers to all questions and concerns, both when I was in town and then long distance. The clean out went perfect and everything was finished as described. I would recommend The Cleanout King to anyone needing assistance in removing years of accumulating furniture, kitchen ware, and other misc. houseware, garage, and shed items.
